I'm afraid this feature isn't available now, at least at design time. I tried to achieve it by both Chart Editor and Object Inspector but out of success. To prove it I tried to do the same things in pre-compiled Tee8New and Tee9New demos. Is this expected feature change or a bug?

I'm afraid ludovico has TeeChart Standard and TeeEditPro is not available to him. He may need use RegisterClass(TBarSeries) call.

There are lot of ways for doing that and it's difficult to say which one is the best for you.
As starting point use the example "All features\Printing\Multiple Charts" in TeeChart Examples\Tee8New.exe demo.
At least, it works.
