Recompile Relative Destination

Recompile Relative Destination

When compiling using the tool's gui, I have ..\COMPILED in the relative directory, which is the default value, yet when I begin the process, the GUI wants to create a directory called COMPILEDSTANDARD and place it there. Yet, when I call by command line, it will put in COMPILED. Shouldn't this behavior work the same one way or the other?
