XE7 installation does not completes succesfully

Hi.

I am installing Tee Chart 2015 VCL on XE7 and after copying all files, when it reaches 100% of progress bar it does not progresss anymore.

I attach screenshot of where it hangs.
Any suggestion?

Please help me, I am stuck.
