45 degree bottom labels not properly aligned

When displaying a bar chart with bottom labels displayed at an angle of 45 degrees, the labels are not properly aligned. I reported this bug before. It was introduced in November 2013, I was provided in April of this year a beta version where it was displayed propery, and based on that I upgraded, but the release that was made available to me still has this problem.

I've made a simple example project trying to reproduce the chart in the image you attached:
Here the evolution of the different results I get:

As you can see, changes affecting this have been made since v2013.08.
Since it seems to work fine with the current sources, I'll send a mail with a link with to a private test version.
