Using TeeTree2 with TeeChart7

Post by minimax » Wed Aug 25, 2004 12:53 pm

I've tried to recompile(install) teetree 2.0 having teechart 7.01 installed, but the only option available in TreeCompile.exe is teetree standalone.
I've tried to recompile teechart 7.01 but TeeRecompile.exe fired message box "The procedure entry point GetLongPathNameA could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll." Of course I know than Window NT is a fossil, but may be you can give me a hint?

Please install teeTree2.0 without TreeCompile.exe, using Delphi 7 TeeTree2D7Tee7.dpk and DCLTree2D7Tee7.dpk. Be sure that there are no old libraries linguring about of teeTreeX and teeChartX

Kind regards,
Tom.

ok. what I have to do to get a teetree2 with teechart7 in C++ Builder6?
I've tried to recompile sources, but TeeTree2C6Tee6.bpk linked with teechart6 as you can guess from the name of the project.
Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me that I need TeeTree2C6Tee7.bpk. And this one I could not find :(

as for TeeTree2D7Tee7.dpk there is no such file in install zip. I've just downloaded TeeTree2.zip and found nothing with tee7 at the end of the project name.

I'll send you the teeTree2D7Tee7 files.

Know that teeTree2 has problems with C++ Builder. Until those problems aren't fixed, no updates will be available.

I can send you the C6 files as well, although note (cfr previous message) that we're not completely sure if the c++ issues are solved (some customers say it is, other say it isn't)
