I can't start TeeRecompile, the error is:
Can't start as FastMM_FullDebugMode.dll is absent

And disabling TeeTree packages as well?

But disabling TeeTree packages will help, as TeePro file now were gotten, this error was in the April realease, as I remember and I had to use binary installer

Yes, I checked that and I added the issue (TV52015776) to the bug-list to be fixed as soon as possible.

Regarding the FastMM files issue, you shouldn't need them, they should only be used in-house. We will try to fix this as well.

I tested the latest, but have the same error, I am working on Win7-32 Russion locale, may be this is the reason? If I'put fastMM dll to the same directory I can start TeeRecompile

No, does not work again, I've just tested on my home PC with Win7-32 and got the same error.
If I'll copy FastMM.dll, teerecompile will start fine.
The previous version I've tested in my office's PC

Both computers have Win7-32 and RadStudioXE and CBuilder6.
