Hello Chula,
Not yet. The first version was released two weeks ago so it's most likely that it will still take some time until a maintenance is out. I strongly recommend you to be aware at this forums or subscribe to our
RSS news feed for new release announcements and what's implemented on them.

Hi Chula,
A date hasn't been fixed yet but we'd like to have it out during June.

Will you consider posting some kind of hotfixes instead of a full patch? In my case only the 3D pie chart gradient not matching the legend colors blocking me from update. If you had fixed the gradient problem, will you release some update units?

Hi Chula,
No, this is unlikely as then some units would complain they where not compiled with same TeeChart version. Full compiled units should be distributed. If you were a source code customer we could send you fixed unit or source code fix you could directly apply to your sources.

Hi Chula,
There has been no change on this since my last update, just some more bug fixes and few new features

. So we expect the maintenance release to be out before the end of June.

My 5 licenses of TChart 2010 was bought in April but still could not be used due to the bugs. I felt the bug-fixing speed was too slow, could not help customers much

I checked my invoice date, it was April 14, totally 3 months form now, no sign of fixes available.
Can you sure if I bought one souce version, I could get the fixed sources (hot fixes) immediately and apply the compiled dcu and dpl to my previosu 5 licenses? I already lost 1 quarter of warranty I supposed. I wish you could so something on it, my boss didn't feel comfortable for my decision buying TeeChart so early

Hi Chula,
The version is almost finished. We are just ironing up a few issues and expect to have it ready very soon.
Can you sure if I bought one souce version, I could get the fixed sources (hot fixes) immediately and apply the compiled dcu and dpl to my previosu 5 licenses?
Currently we don't have such a mechanism. We will think about making source code builds available more often.

Okay, now reach a full 4 months, and I still can not use v2010 due to the pie bugs. Why don't you provide me something like beta release, rather to keep me "paid for nothing"? I am being blamed by my boss everyday and it is caused by you.

Honestly speaking, anyone trace the dates of this post will realize your support quality and the ability to help a customer. You may want to seriously rethink your support service, or remove this post.
This is not a problem when there are bugs in your product as long as you can fix them fast. You should keep releasing bugs fix release biweekly or monthly, especially there are full of bugs reported in this forum.
It is very rare to see a VCL product that could not provide any bugs fixing for 1/3 of year.

Hi Chula,
I'm so sorry to see you so disappointed. The fact is that we don't use to announce future maintenance release dates because we prefer to evaluate when the product has enough bug fixes and new features to be clearly differentiated from its predecessor. And, when we are satisfied with it, then starts the process of building and checking the installers. As you know, TeeChart VCL supports a quite big number of IDEs and it makes this task more complicated than we would like. We were on this point in July, but we found more than the expected problems with some IDEs. This delayed the maintenance release publishing to be made after summer holidays.
